Lithops require plenty of bright sunlight and minimal watering.

Plant using the included fast-draining soil and allow the soil to dry completely between waterings.

One of the most fascinating aspects of Lithops is their annual leaf renewal. Each year a new pair of leaves grows from inside the old pair, gradually absorbing all of the stored water from the old leaves until they dry away naturally. During this process, watering should be avoided to prevent rot.

With proper care, Lithops can live for decades and become increasingly beautiful over time.
