Returns Policy
Each plant we deliver undergoes professional care and quality control by both the grower and us to ensure it arrives in peak condition. Minor leaf loss during transit is normal for healthy plants.
If your plant arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at info@chic-chic.co, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Plants and Refunds
If your plant arrives damaged beyond recovery, email us immediately at info@chic-chic.co with photos of the plant upon arrival (before any repotting or pruning). This helps us understand its condition and decide on the best course of action, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Please note that returns for reasons other than damage are not accepted, as legal cancellation rights for “change of mind” do not apply to perishable goods like plants.
Plant Size and Variation
Please understand that plant sizes are approximate due to their unique growth patterns, and some natural variation in size and shape is expected. Plant heights include the brown pot as part of the measurement. We strive to ensure each plant meets or exceeds the minimum listed size on the product page.
